Grá Mo Key Limited t/a BirthAnnouncements.ie is a Data Controller, as per the conditions set out in Article 4(7) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where we offer the use of our platform to parents as a way to share the news of the birth of their baby.

This information is a general description of processing activities and information.  Please contact us should you wish to receive specific information on processing activities that relate to your personal data. Please note the following (for Parents & Families):

The purposes for processing is:

  • To enable Grá Mo Key Limited to conduct its legitimate business operations and to market its products and / or services.

It will be open to parents announcing the birth of their child to include information which may be classed as a special category of data. For example, a photograph that demonstrates a persons race or a thank you to a partner or the same or opposite sex. By using our platform you consent to the processing of this data.

 

Children’s Personal Data

You confirm by using our platform that you are authorised to give consent on behalf of any minor on behalf of whom you share data.
